Your Xero data will be collected and stored for 7 years. The cost includes 1 full recovery of the data. We recommend using this recovery in the event of an audit. Please download your Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Transaction Journal for each of the 7 years from Xero before terminating your subscription.
The initial backup from Xero can take days or even weeks. This is a limitation of the Xero API and while we do everything we can to ensure the backup completes as quickly as possible, the size of you data dictates the time this first backup takes.
