Our Monthly Subscription Backup service offers a cost-effective solution for regular data protection. Subscribers can enjoy automated daily backups of their transaction data.
The initial backup from Xero can take days or even weeks. This is a limitation of the Xero API and while we do everything we can to ensure the backup completes as quickly as possible, the size of you data dictates the time this first backup takes.
The backups are stored and managed by us on secure servers in Australia.
Data recovery is not included in the price of this subscription.
